Working alongside business leaders, my role goes beyond simply identifying candidates : I act as a strategic partner in the decision-making process, helping to clarify the challenges of the search, secure the hiring decision and preserve the organisation's overall balance.

Founder, NovaHunt
Mehdi holds a Master's degree in Finance from Toulouse Business School. He began his career in the banking sector before moving into Asset Management in Paris, prior to transitioning into recruitment consulting in 2012.
He then joined an international recruitment firm, where he worked as a recruitment consultant for four years before taking over the leadership of the Nice office, which he developed and managed for nearly ten years.
Beyond leading his team, he supports executives and organisations with strategic hires across finance, human resources and legal.
In 2025, he founded NovaHunt to practise recruitment according to his own vision: demanding, strategic and deeply human.
