Founder, NovaHunt
Mehdi holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Toulouse Business School. He began his career in banking before moving into Asset Management in Paris and later transitioned into recruitment consulting in 2012.
He joined an international firm, where he first worked as a consultant, then went on to lead and develop the Nice office for nearly ten years.
In parallel with managing his team, he supported executives and organisations in navigating strategic hires across Finance, HR, and Legal.
In 2025, he founded NovaHunt to shape a practice of recruitment aligned with his convictions: rigorous, strategic, and deeply human.
